Education Director Needed
Kehilat HaNahar, a vibrant, Reconstructionist synagogue with approximately 150 families, located in scenic New Hope, Pennsylvania is seeking a part-time Education Director to oversee our 100+ student Shul School.
The Kehilat HaNahar Shul School is committed to providing an excellent Jewish education for our youth that reflects the values and beliefs of our synagogue, which includes fostering a strong sense of Jewish identity, community and family engagement.
The ideal candidate will have teaching/administrative experience in a Jewish educational setting with knowledge of the principles of Reconstructionism. Organizational skills and the ability to administer a comprehensive Hebraic and Jewish educational program for our students are also very important. We seek an enthusiastic candidate who will have the vision to lead the school as it continues to grow and develop.
