Schedule: Mondays at 10:30 – 11:30 am at KHN

Week One: Oct. 20. Introduction to the concept of centering, visualizing, centered movement, and breath coordinated with movement.

Week Two: Oct. 27. Introduction to the Five Organ Healing exercises; using sound and movement.

Week Three: Nov. 3. Introduction to warm-ups and stretching that can be used in gaining flexibility and mobility, using visualization and the principles of breath and essential Chi Kung movements.

Week Four: Nov. 10. More movement sequences that you can do at home, adapting as you need to


All ages welcome…we all can learn to be more comfortable and at ease in our bodies. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, like sneakers, that provide support and ease of movement.
